FREE standard ground shipping for any orders of $50 or more.
Flat rate for all orders under $50 shipping standard ground.
Expedited shipping rate and delivery speed will be calculated at checkout.

Belxi is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.

Orders begin processing immediately and ship out within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are rolling out new packaging. There is a chance what you receive might either be mixed or something you've never seen. The glasses are no different.
For what it's worth, on the new packaging we increased the size of the size chart (pun?), provided a height chart, and have reorganized how we describe weight and cushion to what we believe is an easier-to-understand system. That was based on customer feedback from phone calls, emails, social DMs, actual mail, and some face-to-face meetings.

Indeed you can! If you reach out to us via email at [email protected] or fill out our Contact Us form within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately.
As a reminder, our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm Eastern
Weekends: 10 am - 9 pm Eastern

You can continue shopping to add more products to your bag or click the “checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page. Your bag will update with the cost of your items and let you know how close you are to receiving free shipping in the U.S.

We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order! We first recommend checking your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox or mailroom to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. It's also possible that your order was mis-delivered to a neighbor.
